Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
- This must be your first purchase of the specific product (repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible)
- The refund applies to the original payment method used for the purchase
Digital Product Notice
Our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase via TradingView invite-only access. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot "take back" the product once delivered. However, we honor our 30-day guarantee because we stand behind the quality of our indicators.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to our support address with your order number and TradingView username
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Once the refund is processed, your TradingView indicator access will be revoked
- The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day window has passed
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing or redistributing indicators)
- Repeat refund requests for the same product
Bundle & Full Access Refunds
The same 30-day policy applies to our Trader Bundle and Full Access plans. If a refund is requested, access to all indicators included in the bundle or plan will be revoked.
